Project time frame: 2020
Together with our two project partners, the Endowed Chair of Construction Machinery at the Technische Universität Dresden and IBL-hydronic GmbH & Co.KG, we are working on the development of a machine-based, automated, and unmanned demolition process.
Based on our experience in the use of our special demolition device RDB 100 in the dismantling of the cooling tower of the Mülheim-Kärlich nuclear power plant, we have set ourselves the goal in this research project to make complex dismantling processes even safer and more efficient in the future thanks to modern automation technology.
The signing of the cooperation agreement was the first step on the way to realizing our common goal.
