1. Setup<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hydrocontainer consists of a normal 20-feet sea container which is mounted on a hook lift platform. The bottom and sides of the container are sealed so that neither gases nor liquids can enter or leave, except at the openings provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n

On the side of the container there is an entrance opening of 15 millimeters by 1500 millimeters at a height starting from 800 millimeters. This opening is connected to a corresponding opening in the structure and sealed to the outside.<\/p>\n

In the center of the container, two half-pipes (with a radius of 300 millimeters) stand opposite each other with the open side facing inward. These are precisely fitted and secured between the floor and ceiling. The water curtain is formed between these two pipes during operation.<\/p>\n

The original opening of the container with the doors is used as the outlet opening.<\/p>\n

Directly behind the door is a 600 millimeter high and watertight bulkhead, which serves to keep the water inside the container. The filling height is 500 millimeters.<\/p>\n

In the front half of the container there is a submersible pump with a special nozzle system to create the water curtain. A motor protection switch with phase inverter is located on the pump.<\/p>\n

2. Purpose of the device<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Hydroshield is used to clean air contaminated with suspended particles (fibers, dust, or similar).<\/p>\n

3. Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

Using a submersible pump, a water curtain is created inside (in the center of) the container, which divides the container into two \u201cclosed\u201d spaces.<\/p>\n

The air flowing in from the inlet opening and contaminated with suspended particles (fibers, dust, etc.) inevitably hits the water curtain and the suspended particles are caught on the water curtain, fall with the water into the pump sump\/basin, and are collected there.<\/p>\n
